3IE Impact International Initiative for Impact Evaluation abrió la convocatoria Policy Window con el objetivo de evaluar el impacto de las intervenciones propuestas por gobiernos de países en desarrollo. La fecha de cierre es el 11 de junio de 2010.
La convocatoria admite más de una propuesta por organización y otorga financiamiento a más de una propuesta por organización. Se otorgarán de 5.000 dólares a 200.000 dólares.

| The Policy Window funds rigorous impact evaluations of interventions proposed by developing country government agencies and NGOs. This window operates through a two step process:
§ First, a call is made to policy makers and programme managers from developing country agencies (governmental or non-governmental) to propose interventions to be evaluated. The call is open to interventions of social and economic development interventions in low and middle income countries. The selection of interventions to be evaluated is made by a panel of internationally recognized policy-makers. § Second, once the interventions are selected, 3ie issues a request for proposals to researchers and evaluators. These proposals are screened by a panel of technical experts, together with a representative of the implementing agency. Documents for the international competitive bidding process will be posted once the interventions to be evaluated have been identified. |
