Description
The Schlumberger Foundation is a nonprofit entity that supports science, engineering and technology education. Recognizing the link between science, engineering, technology, and socio-economic development, as well as the key role of education in realizing individual potential, The Schlumberger Foundation’s flagship program, is Faculty for the Future.
Faculty for the Future program, launched in 2004, awards fellowships to women from developing and emerging economies to pursue PhD or post-doctoral studies in the physical sciences, engineering and technology at leading universities abroad. The Faculty for the Future program is growing each year and has become a powerful community of 257 women scientists from 62 countries.
