The Energy Innovation Program IDEAS sponsored by: GVEP International, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and GTZ German Cooperation Agency (funded by the German Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation, BMZ), is proud to invite you to participate in the 1st Workshop for the Winners of the IDEAS Energy Innovation Contest 2009, to take place at the Hotel Caribe in Cartagena, Colombia, during the 22nd and the 23rd of November,2010.

The workshop will focus on the winners of the IDEAS Contest 2009, with the participation of sponsors and contest organizers, experts in different related fields, high level representatives from the public and private sectors, finance and investors as well as new projects that might be able to participate in the 2011 IDEAS Contest. The objective is to listen to and make these winner projects known, but also for local actors to get involved, such as the Mayor’s office, academia, philanthropic organizations, national and local entrepreneurs, in order to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. This great initiative welcomes your support and participation.
