Programa plurianual de Consumidores

descripción y objetivos: La convocatoria tiene por objeto proporcionar contribuciones financieras (subvenciones de funcionamiento) para el funcionamiento de una organización de consumidores a nivel de la Unión para mejorar la educación, la información y sensibilización de los consumidores. Esta subvención de funcionamiento cubrirá parte de los gastos de explotación normales de una entidad sin ánimo de lucro independiente, y que tenga como objetivos y actividades primordiales el fomento y la protección de la salud, la seguridad, los intereses económicos y jurídicos de los consumidores en la Unión.

El objeto de esta convocatoria es doble:

  • Establecer convenios marco de cooperación (FPA) para la duración de un máximo de cuatro años – que cubren los años de operación 2015, 2016, 2017 y 2018 con el fin de establecer una cooperación a largo plazo (asociación) entre la entidad adjudicadora y el socio seleccionado.

  • Establecer convenios de subvención (SGA) con la organización seleccionada con el fin de cofinanciar el funcionamiento de su organización para el año 2015 (1 enero 2015-31 diciembre 2015).

organizaciones que pueden participar: Abierto para entidades legalmente constituidas y localizadas en alguna de las zonas de actuación de cualquiera de los siguientes tipos: Organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro. zonas de actuación: Las entidades u organizaciones que participen deberán disponer de su sede social en el ámbito geográfico siguiente:

  • Unión Europea (UE) financiación comunitaria.La previsión de financiación comunitaria disponible para la convocatoria de propuestas es: Presupuesto global: 1,40 M€

description and objectives

The call for proposals aims at providing financial contributions (operating grant) to the functioning of a Union-level consumer organisation to improve consumers’ education, information and awareness. This operating grant will cover part of the normal operating expenses of a non-governmental, non-profit-making, independent of industry, commercial and business or other conflicting interests, and have as their primary objectives and activities the promotion and protection of the health, safety, economic and legal interests of consumers in the Union

The purpose of this call is twofold:

 

  • To conclude a Framework partnership agreements (FPA) for duration of maximum four years – covering the operating years 2015, 2016,2017 and 2018 in order to establish long term cooperation (partnership) between the contracting authority and the selected partner.

  • To sign specific grant agreements (SGA) with the selected organisation in order to co-finance the functioning of their organisation for 2015 (1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015).
